APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicant agrees to use verification elements which have an expiration date more than 6 months beyond application date.
Applicant agrees to always publish the Award ID and expiration date with the logo.
Applicant agrees to remove FOC Award from website and printed material upon expiration date.
Applicant agrees to allow RBA to publish the name and address of the site on its website for the period the award is valid.
RESPONSIBLE PARTY
By submitting the application the factory agrees to the above application requirements. The "Factory Manager" should be a person of authority within the factory.
